Within three hours after receiving the keys the guest is provided with a special quality guarantee offer. This means that in case the room is for some reasons not suitable, leaving it untouched we pay back the price of the room or offer another one. Therefore it is extremely important to check the room immediately after receiving the keys. If guest decides to live with the quality guarantee: after opening hours call 3910727 (with perfect English, German assistance), or in case of answering machine mode, call 2001700 (poor German guidance).

If you missed the office hours, there is a last possibility to get the keys: One of our co-workers is available daily until 9 p.m. at the number +3613910725. If you are calling from a Budapest phoneline you only have to dial 3910725, since 36 is the Hungarian code and 1 stands for the Budapest region. This possibility is only available, if there was a written reservation, but the guests couldn't make it on time to get the keys at the office. Making use of this possibility you need to pay an additional fee of 40. - Euro.
